Oakland Pool Boys (OPB) is a residential real estate investment company based in Oakland, CA. We specialize in acquisition and rehabilitation of residential real estate. Collectively we have over 20 years of real estate experience, have renovated 30 doors, have successfully sold over $8.5 million dollars of residential real estate, and own over $3 million in rentals.

We focus on identifying distressed residential properties with significant value-add potential.
We acquire these properties 30-50% below after repair value. We then leverage our teams to execute affordable and high-quality design and renovations.
By acquiring properties at steep discounts, we are afforded multiple exit strategies, however our primary goal is to maximize the opportunity and rehabilitate the property quickly for sale.
